    Constipated Type 2 poop

    Lumpy sausage. Still constipated, but now with ambition.

    Cracked Log

    Borderline Normal Type 3 poop

    Cracked log. Approaching normalcy. Like your GPA, it's borderline passable.

    Smooth Sausage

    Normal Type 4 poop

    Perfectly smooth sausage. This is your digestive system's Mona Lisa.

    Soft Blobs

    Mild Diarrhea Type 5 poop

    Soft blobs. You're one bad meal away from diarrhea.

    Mushy Mess

    Diarrhea Type 6 poop

    Mushy, ragged edges. This poop gave up halfway through.

    Liquid Puddle

    Severe Diarrhea Type 7 poop

    Watery. No solid pieces. Basically a horror story in your toilet bowl.

    Normal Brown poop

    Normal. Classic. This is what nature intended.

    Orange

    Usually Harmless Orange poop

    Too many carrots or antacids. Not scary, just weird.

    Green

    Diet/Transit Issue Green poop

    Leafy diet or fast digestion. Chill unless it glows.

    Yellow

    Possible Malabsorption Yellow poop

    Greasy? Might be fat absorption issues. Monitor it.

    Red

    Possible Blood Red poop

    Could be beets. Could be blood. Flip a coin or call a doctor.

    Black

    Internal Bleeding? Black poop

    Iron pills or internal bleeding. Don't ignore it.

    Pale / Clay

    Liver/Bile Issue Pale poop

    No bile = no bueno. Could be liver/gallbladder issues.
